A development professional with over 20 years of experience across East Africa and a son of the Busoga region. Solomon founded COCU-Uganda in 2024 to directly serve the communities he was born and raised in.

Lilian brings a strong gender and development lens to the Board, ensuring COCU-Uganda's work remains grounded in gender equality, women's empowerment, and inclusive community development.
